KNOW SEE MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTYOF GALVESTON
THAT I E : L" BROWN, JR. , of Galveston County, Texas
for Ten and No/100 ( 1 .00) Dollars .and gather goad and valuable
consideration to me in hand paid by the City Friendswdod Texas
have granted, sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant,
sell and convey into the said City of Fr endswood, Texas all
that certain six ( ") inch asbestos cement waterline and appur-
tenances thereto affixed and being more particularly described
as follows:
Being approximately 2520 linear feet of 611
asbestos cement waterpipe class 150, cast
iron gate valves, cast iron f ttanc s, five
hydrants, blow gaffs and all rather appurten-
ances necessary to be included to be a com-
plete 6 inch waterline extension on beginning
at an existing 8 inch City of Friendswood
water supply line located on the Northeast-
erly side of Sunset Drive at Spreading Oaks
Drive; said alignment of the 6 inch water-
line extension as now layed within the right-
of-way of a 60. 0 Beret public road known as
Coward 's Drive, being more particularly de-
scribed by metes and bounds as follows, to-
wit:
BEGINNING at a 11 "w " " cross locate
12 .00 feat southwesterly from the north-
easterly line of Sunset Drive and approxi-
mately 16.00 feet southeasterly from the
northwesterly line of Spreading Oaks Drive
THENCE S 450w a distance of 63 .70 feet more
or less to a paint of curve
THENCE following a carve to the right having
a central angle of 391 1. ° and a radians of
6.21 feet a distance of 168.30 feet more
or less to a point of tangent

295 .87 a distance of 11 feet more or less
to a point of tangent

end of the above described 61, asbestos cement
waterline.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described waterline together
with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in
anywise belonging unto the said City of Fr .ends ood, Texas , its
successors or assigns forever. And I do hereby bind myself, my
heirs, executors and administrators to warrant and forever defend
all and singular gular the title herein conveyed unto the said City of
Friendswood, its successors rs or assigns, against every person
whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the sage, or any part
thereof
