called Grantors whether there be one or more parties executing this deed,

good and valuable consideration paid to Grantors by the CITY OF
FRIENDSWOOD the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have GRANTED
SOLD AND CONVEYED and do by these presents GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY
unto-, the. CITY OF FREINDSWOOD, a municipal corporation in Galveston
County, Texas, an easement in, under, along , upon, and across , for public
purposes, the following described tracts of land in Galveston County,

Scale: 1" = 40 feet October 20, 1978
Being a tract of land containing 2800 square feet out of and a part of Lot 4,
Block 8, Antoinette Voss Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 254, Page 63,
County Clerk's Office, Galveston County, Texas; said tract lying and being
situated in Friendswood, Galveston County, Texas and being more particulary
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Northeasterly line of Winding Way ( 60 feet right-
of-way ) , said point being N 46° 23' 10" W, with said line of 'finding Way, a
distance of 17.17 feet from the Westerly corner of a 1.492 acre tract , as
recorded in Volume 2565, Page 815, Galveston County Clerk's Office; and said
point being N 46° 23' 10" W, a distance of 344.82 feet from the Southerly
corner of the aforementioned Lot 4, Block 8, Antoinette Voss Subdivision;
THENCE: N 46° 23' 10" W, with the said line of Winding Way, a distance of
10.00 feet to a point for corner;
