LOWE of the County of Galveston, State of Texas , for and in consideration of the love and affection which we have and bear for the CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD, GIVEN, GRANTED , AND CONVEYED, and by these presents GIVE , GRANT, AND CONVEY unto the CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD, of the Counties of Galveston and Harris , State of Texas , a public roadway easement in, over, under, and across all of that certain tract of land, containing 0 . 14 acre of land, more or less , in Galveston County, Texas , and being more particularly described as follows : Commencing at an iron pipe found for most Southeast- erly corner of the aforementioned Mary Sloan Survey; Thence N 81° 26 ' 05" W along the South line of said Mary Sloan Survey a distance of 1063 . 96 feet to the most Southeasterly corner of a 100 . 00 acre survey out of the Mary Sloan Abstract 184 Survey; Thence N 08° 31' 26" a distance of 20 . 00 feet to the North line of CR133 for the place of beginning of this 10 . 00 foot wide right-of-way dedication being described; Thence continuing N 82° 26 ' 05" W along said South line of said 100 . 00 acre tract a distance of 1969 . 12 feet past a car axle for most Southwesterly corner of the aforementioned 100 . 00 acre tract of land and con- tinuing in all a distance of 3100 . 69 feet to the Southwest corner of this 10 . 00 foot wide right-of-way dedication, said point lies in the West boundary line of the Mary Sloan Survey; Thence N 08° 31 ' 26" E a distance of 10 . 00 feet to the Northwest corner of this 10 . 00 foot wide right- of-way dedication being described; Thence S 81° 26 ' 05" E a distance of 3100 . 69 feet to the Northeast corner of this 10 . 00 foot wide dedica- tion; Thence S 08° 31' 26" W along the East line of the aforementioned 100 . 00 acre tract of land out of the Mary Sloan Survey a distance of 10 . 00 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0 . 14 acres of land more or less .
