LOWE , hereinafter called Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1 . 00 ) and other good and valuable consideration to such Grantor in hand paid by the Grantee hereinafter named which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby Granted, Sold and Conveyed unto the City of Friends- wood 0 . 1423 acres of land , more or less , being a ten foot strip off of the Southwesterly line of Lot 14 of the Voss Subdivision situated in the Sarah McKissick League Abstract 151 , in Gal- veston County, Texas . Said Voss Subdivision being shown by a plat recorded in Volume 254-A at page 9 of the deed records of Galveston County, Texas . Said 0 . 1423 acres being a ten (10 ) foot strip along the Southwesterly line of Lot 14 of the said Voss Subdivision, and being parallel to the Northeasterly line of Winding Way. Said 0 . 1423 acres of land being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows : BEGINNING at a point in the Southeasterly line of F.M. 528 , also known as (Parkwood Avenue) , said point also being in the Northeasterly line of Winding Way, and the Southwesterly line of Lot l4 in the said Voss Subdivision; THENCE S 43°28 ' E and along the Northeasterly line of Winding Way and the Southwesterly line of Lot l4 in the Voss Subdivision a distance of 620 . 00 feet , more or less , to a point for corner, said point being in the Southeasterly line of said Lot 14 in the Voss Subdivision; said point also being the West corner of Lot 1 of Friendswood Forest Subdivision; according to plat or map thereof recorded in Book 254-A at page 79 in the map records of the deed rec- ords of Galveston County, Texas ; THENCE Northeasterly along the Northwesterly of said Lot 1 in the Friendswood Forest Subdivision a distance of 10 . 00 feet to a point for corner; THENCE N 43°28 'W 10 . 00 feet at right angles , and parallel to the Northeasterly line of Winding Way a distance of 620 . 00 feet , more or less , to a point in the Southeasterly line of F .M. 528 , also known as (Parkwood Avenue) 'F'i'\ Tlll T'f Tll Yl /1 ll V1T�Yl , THENCE Southwesterly and along the Southeasterly line of said F .M. 528 a distance of 10 . 00 feet to the place of beginning.
