This conveyance is expressly made subject to any and all restrictions,mineral and/or royalty reservations,covenants,easements,encumbrances and other matters appearing of record relative to the Easement Property, but only to the extent that the same are still in force and effect and enforceable against the same. I spoke with john Olson who said he thought the City had acquired all of the properties involved, as mitch Mitchell had committed to sell everything to the city except for a drainage reserve.... I guess we will have to search for the deeds and see what all was conveyed. Let me ask Brenda (senior secy) if we have them....unless you have a copy of the deed work handy? To my knowledge and as confirmed by Greg, the purchase of Tracts 1, 3 and 4, but that may not have resolved the spite strip issues. Those questions would best be left to John Olson, Mayor Smith and Bo. He is not trying to drag this into issue of the amendments to the platting requirements, is he? Les McMahen, P.E.
