That Ronald Hausman of the County of Harris , State of Texas
(hereinafter called "Grantor") , for and in consideration of the
sum of ten dollars ($10 . 00) and other good and valuable
consideration paid to Grantor by the City of Friendswood, Texas ,
a municipal corporation organized and existing pursuant to a Home
Rule Charter and the laws of the State of Texas (hereinafter
called "Grantee") , the receipt and sufficiency of which are
hereby acknowledged and confessed, has GRANTED, SOLD, and
CONVEYED, and by these presents does hereby GRANT, SELL, and
CONVEY unto the Grantee all of that certain real estate
(hereinafter called the "Subject Property") , lying and being
situated in Galveston County, Texas , more particularly described
as follows :

Being More Particularly Described By Metes & Bounds
as Follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the southwest right-of-way of F.M. 518 and the
southeast right-of-way of Chelsea LaL= existing;
Thence S. 59° 48' 00" E. along the southwest right-of-way of F.M. 518 a distance
of 22.066 feet to a point for the northwest corner of this tract being described,
and the PLACE OF BEGINNING;
THENCE S. 59° 48' 00" E. along the southwest right-of-way line of F.M. 518, a
distance of 123.166 feet to the P.C. of a curve to the left ;
THENCE along said curve to the left in a westerly direction whose radius is
22.577 and central angle is 83° 04' 17", a distance along the arc of 32. 734 feet
to the P.C. of a curve to the right;
THENCE along said curve to the right in a westerly direction whose radius is
260.047 feet and central angle is 33° 52' 18", a distance along the arc of
153.733 feet to the P.T. of said curve;
THENCE S. 71° 00' 00" W. a distance of 30.675 feet to the P.C. of a curve to the

182.936 feet and central angle is 32' 01' 12", a distance along the arc of
102.235 feet;
THENCE N. 37' 07' 42" E. a distance of 22.707 feet to the P.C. of a curve to the
left;
THENCE along said curve to the left in a northerly direction whose radius is
20. 000 feet and central angle of 96' 55' 42", a distance along the arc of 33.834
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and containing 0.34603 Acres of Land.
This conveyance is expressly made subject to all matters of
record in the office of the County Clerk of Galveston County,
Texas, to the extent such matters affect the Subject Property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Subject Property, together with all
and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in any wise
belonging unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns
forever, and Grantor does hereby bind himself, his successors and
assigns, to WARRANT and FOREVER DEFEND all and singular the .
Subject Property unto the Grantee , its successors and assigns ,
against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the
same, or any part thereof.
