KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
COUNTY OF GALVESTON
That the City of Friendswood, Texas , a municipal corporation
organized and existing pursuant to a Home Rule Charter and the
laws of the State of Texas (hereinafter called "Grantor" ) , for
and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10 . 00) and other
good and valuable consideration paid to Grantor by Ronald
Hausman, (hereinafter called "Grantee") , the receipt and
sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged and confessed, has
GRANTED, SOLD, AND CONVEYED, and by these presents does hereby
GRANT, SELL, and CONVEY unto the Grantee all of that certain real
estate (hereinafter called the "Subject Property") , lying and
being situated in Galveston County, Texas , and being more
particularly described as follows :
FIELD NOTE DESCRIPTION OF A 0.25754 ACRE TRACT OF
LAND, Being a Portion of the Platted Chelsea Lane
of the Whitehall Subdivision, Out cf the Perry and
Austin League, Abstract 20, Said Subdivision Being
Recorded in the Plat Records, Volume 1616, Page 100,
Galveston County, Texas, and Being More Particularly
Described By Metes & Bounds as Follows:
BL .iNNING at the intersection of the southwest right-of-way of F.M. 518 and the
northwest right-of-way of Chelsea Lane existing;
THENCE S. 59° 48' 00" E. along the southwest right-of-way of F.M. 518 a distance
of 60.00 feet to a point for the northeast corner of this tract being described ;
THENCE S. 30° 15' 41" W. along the southeast right-of-way line of Chelsea Lane, a
distance of 137.88 feet to the P.C. of a curve to the right;
THENCE along said curve to the right in a westerly direction whose radius is
182.936 and central angle is 01° 51' 06", a distance along the arc of 5.912 feet
to the P.C. of a curve to the left;
THENCE along said curve to the left in a southwesterly direction whose radius is
232.000 feet and central angle is 40° 44' 19", a distance along the arc of
164.957 feet to the P.T. of said curve and said point being in the existing
northwesterly right-of-way line of Chelsea Lane;
THENCE N. 30° 15' 41" E. along the northwesterly right-of-way of Chelsea Lane a
distance of 293.77 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and containing 0.25754 Acres
of Land.

This conveyance is expressly made subject to all matters of
record in the office of the County Clerk of Galveston County,
Texas, to the extent such matters affect the Subject Property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Subject Property, together with all
and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in any wise
belonging unto the said Grantee, his successors and assigns
forever, and Grantor does hereby bind itself, its successors and
assigns , to WARRANT and FOREVER DEFEND all and singular the
Subject Property unto the Grantee, his successors and assigns,
against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the
same, or any part thereof.
