KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
COUNTY OF GALVESTON
That the undersigned, George Fiedler and Virginia Fiedler,
hereinafter called "grantors, " for and in consideration of the
sum of ten dollars ($10 . 00) and other good and valuable
consideration, to us in hand paid by the City of Friendswood,
Texas, a duly and legally chartered municipal corporation of the
counties of Galveston and Harris , State of Texas , hereinafter
called "Grantee, " the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, have GRANTED, SOLD, and CONVEYED, and by these
presents do GRANT, SELL, and CONVEY unto said grantee, its
successors and assigns and legal representatives , a fifteen (15)
foot drainage easement and right-of-way for the purpose of
constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining a drainage
line along, across , and under that certain easement and right-of-
way in Friendswood, Galveston County, Texas , and more
particularly described as follows :
See Exhibit "A, " attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The Grantee may do and perform all acts necessary to
construct, install , repair, and maintain the drainage line within
said easement and right-of-way.
Nothing herein contained shall affect the right of Grantors,
their heirs , legal representatives , and assigns to use and enjoy
the easement and right-of-way granted hereby and in particular
the surface thereof, for any purpose , to the extent such use will
not interfere with Grantee ' s use of the easement and right-of-way
granted hereby for its intended purposes as stated herein.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described easement and right-of-
way together with, all and singular, the rights and appurtenances
thereto in anywise belonging, including all necessary rights of

their heirs , executors, and administrators to warrant and forever
defend, all and singular, said easement and right-of-way unto the
Grantee, its successors, and assigns against every person
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part
thereof.

FIELD NOTE DESCRIPTION OF A 15.00 FOOT DRAINAGE
EASEMENT, Being 0.01882 Acres out of Lot 20, Out
of Imperial Estates Subdivision, Section I and Being
Part of the Sarah McKissick League, Abstract 151,
Galveston County, Texas and being more particularly
described by Metes & Bounds as follows :
Commencing at an iron r, for the most northerly corner of Lot 20, Imperial
Estates, Section I, said corner being at the end of a formerly Private Road;
Thence S. 50° 50' 34" W. along the northerly line of Lot 20 and the southerly
line of a formerly Private Road a distance of 30.98 feet to the PLACE OF BEGIN-
NING of this 15.00 foot Drainage Easement;
THENCE S. 34° 53' 01" E. a distance of 43.99 feet to a point on the common bound-
ary line between Lots 20 and 48 for a corner;
THENCE S. 01° 10' 06" E. along the common boundary line between Lot 20 and Lot
48, a distance of 27.02 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE N. 34° 53' 01" W. a distance of 65.34 feet to a point for corner, said
point being in the common boundary line of Lot 20 and the formerly Private Road;
THENCE N. 50° 50' 34" E. along the northerly line of Lot 20 and the southerly
line of the formerly Private Road a distance of 15.04 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing, 0.01882 Acres of Land more or less.
