QUITCLAIM DEED
THE STATE OF TEXAS
MOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF GALVESTON
THAT GEORGE FIEDLER AND VIRGINIA FIEDLER of the County of
Galveston, State of Texas (hereinafter called "Grantor") , for and
in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid to Grantor by the City of
Friendswood, Texas, a municipal corporation organized and existing
pursuant to a Home Rule Charter and the laws of the State of Texas
(hereinafter called "Grantee") , the receipt and sufficiency of
which are hereby acknowledged, have QUITCLAIMED, and by these
presents do QUITCLAIM unto the Grantee all of their right, title,
and interest in and to the following described real property
(hereinafter called the "Subject Property") , situated in Galveston
County, Texas, more particularly described as follows:
Srh EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND
MADE A PART HEREOF FOR ALL PURPOSES
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all of their right, title, and interest in
and to the Subject Property unto the said Grantee, its successors
and assigns forever, so that neither grantor nor their heirs, legal
representatives or assigns shall have, claim or demand any right or
title to the Subject Property, premises or appurtenances or any
part thereof.

OF LAND (Formerly Private Road), Out of Imperial
Estates Subdivision, Section I and Being Part of
the Sarah McKissick League, Galveston County, Texas
and being more particularly described by Metes &
Bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the most southwesterly corner of Lot 21, Imperial Estates, Section
I, said corner being at the intersection of the northerly right-of-way of
Imperial Avenue and a Private Road;
THENCE N. 58° 44' 39" E. along the Southerly line of Lot 21 and the northerly
line of Private Road a distance of 179.3 feet;
THENCE N. 45° 11' 19" E. along the southerly line of Lot 21 and the northerly
line of Private Road a distance of 111.10 feet;
THENCE N. 50° 13' 39" E. along the southerly line of Lot 21 and the northerly
