The City Attorney has prepared the attached ordinance and quit-claim deeds. IMMINENT CONSEQUENCES/ BENEFIT TO COMMUNITY Abandoning the ROW would allow the property owners to have more buildable area in their lots. The existing 10-foot utility easement in the very rear of their lots will remain in place. RECOMMENDATIONS The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider this item immediately following the JPH.
