The City Council of the City of Friendswood , Texas , hereby finds and determines that public convenience and necessity no longer require the continued existence of the hereinafter described roadway easement . Section 2 . The roadway easement described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof is hereby vacated, abandoned , and closed . Section 3 .
