Belson whose property formerly fronted approximately 1400 feet on the North side of said Choate Road, by reason of his frontage on the said Choate Road as relocated being deminished to approximately 500 feet; and WHEREAS, at the time said road was being relocated, the said Thomas P. Benson objected and gave notice of his intention to contest the same; and WHEREAS, in order to induce the said Thomas P. Benson to withdraw his objection and in order to satisfy his claim for damages, The Board of Directors of Galveston County Water Control and Improvement District No. 15, agreed to convey to the said Thomas P. Benson the tract of land hereinafter described; now therefore, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Galveston County '.dater Control and Improvement District Number 15, for and in consideration of the premises and the further consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars (10.00) cash to it in hand paid by Thomas P.
