That we , RALPH L. LOWE and wife, MARJORIE M. LOWE, of the
County of Galveston, State of Texas , for and in consideration
of the love and affection which we have and bear for the CITY OF
FRIENDSWOOD, HAVE GIVEN, GRANTED, AND CONVEYED, and by these
presents DO HEREBY GIVE, GRANT, AND CONVEY unto the CITY OF
FRIENDSWOOD, of the Counties of Galveston and Harris , State of
Texas , all of that certain tract of land, containing one (1)
acre , more or less , in Galveston County, Texas , and being more
particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and for
all purposes made a part hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Property, together with all and
singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in any wise be-
longing and any right , title, and interest of Grantors in and
to adjacent streets , alleys , and rights-of-way unto the said
CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD, its successors and assigns forever and
Grantors do hereby bind themselves and their heirs , personal
representatives , successors , and assigns , to warrant and for-
ever defend all and singular the Property unto Grantee and its
successors , and assigns , against every person whomsoever law-
fully claiming or to claim the same , or any part thereof.
