AT UNIPLEX OFFICE PARK, 1414 S. FRIENDSWOOD DRIVE, FRIENDSWOOD, TEXAS, WITH THE FOLLOWING PRESENT: CO-CHAIR PHYLLIS LEE CO-CHAIR JANIS LOWE MEMBERS ED HARRIS KITTEN HAJECATE MARY ELLEN BALLARD HUBERTA MORA PATSY RAUCH ANN WOOD LEO BRAUN ADVISORY MEMBER JOYCE BAKER EX'OFFICO CAROLE KERKER STAFF LINDA THORNTON ABSENT FROM THE MEETING WERE CHARLES KIRKLIN, LAURIE WHITEHEAD, AND JERRY SMITH. CO-CHAIR LEE CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER. **MOTION WAS MADE BY PATSY RAUCH TO LOOK INTO DOING MONUMENT PROJECTS FOR A CENTENNIAL MARKER, CLOCK, FLAGS AND TIME CAPSULE. SECONDED BY KITTEN HAJECATE. MOTION APPROVED WITH HUBERTA MORA ABSTAINING. **MOTION WAS MADE BY KITTEN HAJECATE TO SRT,T, 50 3'X5' CITY FLAGS AT $50.00 EACH. SECONDED BY LEO BRAUM. MOTION APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY. **MOTION WAS MADE BY HUBERTA MORA TO PROVIDE TWO TICKETS FOR EACH DIGNITARY TO ATTEND THE CENTENNIAL LUNCHEON. SECONDED BY KITTEN HAJECATE. MOTION APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY. DISCUSSION FOLLOWED ON 4TH JULY CELEBRATION, ED HARRIS WILL BE IN CHARGE OF THE CENTENNIAL BOOTH, BREAKFAST COST FOR DIGNITARIES WILL BE $5.00 PER DIGNITARY, SMALL CITY FLAGS WILL BE HANDED OUT AT THE EVENING PERFORMANCE. DISCUSSION FOLLOWED ON 4TH JULY PARADE FLOAT, JANIS LOWE SUGGESTED HUBERTA MORA AND PATSY RAUCH WILL DECIDE WHAT FOUNDING FAMILIES WILL WEAR ON THE FLOAT.
